R: At the top of each page of the site here there are 3 buttons numbered 1, 2, & 3. Iterm “2.” is for you to post a public notice that I create for. Item “3.” allows you to post a document that you create. Simply copy and paste the document you have in the box created. Id you would rather keep the current formatting of the orginal you can send me a pdf or a word document and I will convert it into a pdf that can be accessed fro the web.
