Filing An UCC1 in Birth State

A: I can I do a complimentary filing which covers you with a broad brush stroke and gives you a fall back position should you not be able to file in your own State. Some States like Michigan are extremely difficult. Then I suggest you complement that with paper filings in your State and your birth should they be different than your birth state. If you have property you want to file at the county in each county you have property. I have example forms that you can follow so you are not totally on your own.
