Theoretically there is such a thing as a treasury account in the name of the straw man with credits that you can draw against, the concept used is “accepted for value” however I don’t give it any realistic credence as it will likely only get you into trouble. Fundamentally you should pay the same value for what you received. Being sovereign is about accepting full responsibility for your actions instead of being dependant on government.

In otherwords act in honour, giving an equal exchange of value for value and don’t expect anything for free [take advantage of others] as that mindset is how we have been conditioned to give away our power and respect for other human beings and makes us dependant rather than independant or sovereign.
