Q: I have tried to Record the SA,PA and Other Contracts such as the Comercial Affidavit of Truth and have been turned away with each one. So where am I supposed to make these Public?  Newspaper will not even do it here because of these AG’s Opinions they keep throwing at me. Texas seems to be out of touch with all this so to speak saying they have no Statuatory obligation to Record or File them, even in the Common Law Records.

R: The more reason to document. By denial they are taking on liabity. No problem what you do now is create an affidavit chronologically itemizing every thing you did under your power complete with dates and responses. To keep the facts clear answer/use these questions as a check list what, when, who, where and sometimes why.

This will shift the responsibility from you to them since they are blocking the right you have as a member of the public has to make a public announcement.

In here [     ]is an affidavit you can follow the form of it and change the contents to suit your situation. That’s all you can do. Now if anything happens subsequently not in your favor you are in a position to pin that liability back to whoever prevented you from protecting your property.
